The Dharani Portal was launched as a first-of-its-kind platform combining the services of the Revenue Department and Registration & Stamps Department. It offered:

- Instant Encumbrance Certificate (EC) download
- Online property registration slot booking
- Real-time mutation tracking
- Access to ROR (Record of Rights) / 1B and Pahani records
- Services for agricultural land transactions
